This refresher class is a one time 3 hour private class that will be done via LIVE ZOOM.
What you will learn in the refresher HypnoBirthing class:
We will go over what worked with your last birth and what you like to see different this next birth.
We will refresh how your uterus and baby work in labor.
We will practice all the different HypnoBirthing breathing teachniques.
We will refresh light touch massage.
We will go over tools for your birth partner to help you in labor.
We will do comfort measures and different birthing positions.
We will talk about special circumstances and natural ways to get labor going.
We will talk about a birth plan.
We will do a fear release to make sure you have no limiting thoughts going into labor.
Lastly we will go over any questions or concerns you have to make sure you are fully prepared for this birth.
